The Giglio turntable embodies the history and philosophy of Gold Note, standing as one of the company’s finest creations. It reinterprets the classic turntable design using high-quality materials and innovative technical solutions that honour tradition while embracing cutting-edge technology. The plinth design, inspired by the Renaissance catenary curve, provides greater structural rigidity and delivers an exceptionally precise musical experience.

The lower plinth is crafted from select Italian materials, such as walnut wood, known for its exceptional elasticity, strength, and solidity. This wooden base rests on three elegant adjustable feet made of anodised aluminium. The Giglio features a 33mm high-density POM platter and a precision-engineered pivot/well system. Its hourglass-shaped pulley ensures constant belt movement, significantly reducing wow & flutter and rumble.

The 12-volt synchronous motor, specially developed for the Giglio, ensures perfect audio reproduction. Powered by a proprietary control system based on a Quadral-Core micro-processor, the motor eliminates vibrations and provides high motor torque for optimal sound dynamics and resolution. The power supply unit allows for electronic control of the 33⅓rpm and 45rpm speeds, with the capability to memorise set parameters.
