There is more: if you subscribed in other countries like USA, Canada, Mexico, Brasil, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Chile, Colombia and moved to Europe nothings stops you for using Qobuz and extending your subscription at your new place of residence. Note that you will still keep country-specific access to music according to your initial account locale.
For Tidal the list of countries is somewhat more extensive:

Deezer is well supported in Europe and is available in

So if you live in UK for instance, but are more interested in Romanian pop music, you can switch country selector in your account options to Romania.

What happens to My precious Spotify playlists?

You won’t be the first person to ask this question. Quite a few online services offer to transfer playlists from one type of music subscription to another. Generally speaking most of them want to charge a monthly or one-off fee for larger amounts of music. In most cases you don’t have to pay for a limited number of tracks. There are also some websites or software which are free to use.
Soundiiz and Qobuz have a free offer for Qobuz subscribers who want to transfer (or sync) playlists from Spotify for free. Enter Soundiiz website via this direct link or insert coupon code HELLOQOBUZ in a coupon box. You need to login to both of your accounts, Qobuz and Spotify, via Soundiiz. Soundiiz offers playlist and ‘favourites’ migration with options to select playlists, albums, artists and tracks or just ‘grab everything’.
Soundiiz can also do migration within Tidal, Deezer, Apple Music and many other services. Refer to their website for pricing and additional info.
Tidal recommends a similar website, TuneMyMusic, for moving music saved in other services to Tidal. There is a fee for transfers which excess a certain amount of tracks (currently 500) and automatic syncing of playlists. Free usage also entitles to export playlist as TXT or CSV file which can be later imported into Tidal. For very large databases you can split playlists into several CSV files not exceeding 500 tracks thus moving them free of charge. Naturally, TuneMyMusic works within other than Tidal music subscriptions: Spotify, Qobuz, Deezer etc.
There are also free apps (FreeYourMusic), including open source (search github). You may already know that playlist transfer is basically re-assigning links to streaming music and if a track is not available at the destination service, it won't be transferred.

There is no argument that music streaming should be in HD quality

MGY definitely recommends using High Definition music subscriptions for streaming into your hi-fi stereo. Why compromise on sound quality when the cost of subscription is so affordable?
