With the opening of a new factory premises last November Fyne Audio spares no effort to expand its speaker line-up with new, improved, entry range series. Visitors to Bristol Hi-Fi Show were treated to a preview of things to come in 2025.
The award-winning F500 series of loudspeakers will be gradually replaced by next generation models from the upcoming F500S. A major revamp will introduce all new cabinetry and new IsoFlare point-source LF/HF-drivers. Improvements in F500S IsoFlare driver are not subtle and feature new tweeter dome material (magnesium alloy now) for extra linearity in treble, vented rear chamber to increase tweeter power handling and linearity in mid frequencies, new shape of phase-compensating insert to achieve greater sound wave uniformity and room coverage and many more inner modifications helping to get better sound.
The F500S Series will eventually comprise of two compact speakers, F5S and F500S; and two floorstanders, the F501S and F502S, and a special home cinema LCR-speaker.
All new F500S LCR is intended for multiple usage scenarios in home cinema speaker configurations: center speaker, front or rear speaker, horizontal or vertical, wall-mounted or bookshelf/stand-mounted. The F500C eschews the twin back port bass loading of tis predecessor in favour of 6-inch passive bass radiator (tuned membrane bass load). All other speakers in the F500S series implement the BassTrax innovative 360°-degree bass loading system.

All F500S speakers will be available in three attractive finishes: Black Oak veneer, Walnut veneer, Piano Gloss Black Lacquer.
The Bristol Show also marked a new addition to Fyne Audio’s entry-level F500E range. Extremely slim and compact, the new handsome floorstanding speaker, F55E combines a 5-inch/125mm IsoFlare HF/LF-drive unit with 5-inch bass driver in a cabinet just 925mm tall and 210mm wide. Stylish form for the energetic musical sound with deep bass unexpected from such a slim enclosure (far left in the group photo below).

MGY will update price and availability for the new Fyne Audio speakers.
