In a first press statement as new co-CEOs, Oliver and Tom pointed out that they will continue to carry the PMC values, designing and manufacturing products advancing PMC renowned standards in quality and global reputation. As well as having similar roles and responsibilities, internally they will directly manage different groups of people, in various departments, but all following the same common goals and targets.

Tom remarked: “I really consider myself fortunate to get to go to work every day doing something I love and being part of something my family started. I feel responsible, honoured and motivated by this. Working at PMC or any small/medium-sized business is not always easy; if you ask any member of the team, they will agree it can be hard work some days, but they will also tell you how much they enjoy working here and how they genuinely care about what they do. Our goal is to continue our pursuit of perfection and have some fun doing it along the way. We are all passionate about what we do here and it is what I love most about being part of this team.”
