New Gold Note PH-5.2 phono preamp has touchscreen control and data storage for the cartridges you use with it, allows to apply proper EQ curves for modern or archive records and brings the pedigree of Gold Note high end sound into attractively priced compact Gold Note 5.2 series of Italian-made electronics.
Improved in every detail in regard to its predecessor (PH-5) PH-5.2 incorporates many design and concept developments from recent Gold Note’s PH-1000 and PH-10 phono stages scaling down some expensive decisions without diminishing the true analogue sound quality. Original Gold Note thinking which allows to fit a lot of technology into a smart compact package of PH-5.2.
Bright and colourful touchscreen display provides immediate access to gain and load adjustments and saves two cartridge setups for later recall. A Gold Note exclusive implementation of switchable EQ-curves (RIAA, Decca London or American Columbia) is also available, untouched or with Extended option (up to 50 kHz).
Gold Note PH-5.2 is available now and is upgradeable with new PSX-5.2 power supply.
