Internally, the DMS-800PV boasts a dual mono design, effectively doubling the components of the esteemed DMS-700. Unlike its predecessor, which features a single digital/analog stage board and a single current output switched resistor 4-channel AK4499EQ DAC (equivalent to 4 DACs), the DMS-800PV incorporates separate right and left channel digital/analog stage boards. Each board is equipped with its own 4-channel current output switched resistor AK4499EQ DAC, resulting in a remarkable total of 8 individual DAC channels. This advanced configuration ensures a true fully balanced dual differential circuit.
Moreover, the DMS-800PV incorporates a range of enhancements, including a Crystek Oscillator Clock, two separate DSP driver stages, 14 groups of independent regulated power supplies, and two independent groups of analog stage regulation power supplies. These additions further refine the overall performance and deliver unparalleled audio quality.
