This original Chord Company design was built exclusively for us. Our goal was to create a high-performance cable at an affordable price without compromising on our rigorous standards – and judging by our consistent What Hi-Fi? Awards from 2015 to 2023, it seems we’ve achieved that!
The ARAY conductor geometry is derived from the Tuned ARAY configuration initially developed for our flagship Chord Sarum cable range. The over-moulded RCA plug features the same signal-enhancing direct gold-plating process used on our Chord VEE3 RCA plugs.
We developed this cable because of the increasing affordability of high-quality digital players and turntables. We needed a cable that could match their performance. Creating genuinely high-performance cables that deliver a musical signal with true coherence is no small feat, and we're proud of our award-winning C-line interconnects.
