Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at: info@mgy-europe.com

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
• The product must not show signs of installation or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for high-value items

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order products
• Opened software or digital products
• Products with broken security seals
