Aimed at custom installers striving for premium sound and vision in home cinemas, the new Fyne Audio Home Theatre Monitor series offer discrete boxed speakers with excellent dynamics and headroom.
The new range is intended for wall/ceiling-mount or behind the acoustically transparent screen installations and, true to reference quality home cinema, has non-reflective neutrally coloured cabinets and grilles. Featuring IsoFlare unisource HF/LF-drivers, new front/rear/centre speakers can handle very high ‘theatre’ SPLs with outstanding fidelity and uniform in-room sound coverage. A matching passive subwoofer takes care of low frequency effects with customary move-and-shake realism.
Fyne Audio’s Home Theatre Monitor speaker range were first introduced in the end of April at Smart Home Expo 2026 in Mumbai, India. Full production will soon commence at the company’s Glasgow factory. While the Indian CI market will be the first to receive the new range in Q2 2026, other markets will follow.
As per recent introduction, three models will be available initially:
- F708TM with an 8” (200 mm) IsoFlare HF/LF-driver for compact and medium‑sized dedicated cinema spaces, with peak SPLs reaching 117 dB;
- F712TM with a 12” (300 mm) IsoFlare HF/LF-driver as a larger format monitor aimed at bigger rooms requiring transparent sound at high volumes (126 dB peak);
- F7‑12TM Sub, a high‑output 12” (300 mm) passive subwoofer engineered to integrate seamlessly with the main monitors, extending low‑frequency performance with power and control (126 dB peak SPL).
The manufacturer will be announcing pricing and availability information in due course, which will be updated here.
