The Gold Note DS-10 EVO offers a unique function that sets it apart from other DACs, providing exceptional flexibility: you can modify the DAC profile to suit the music being played without degrading the audio signal and while maintaining the highest quality. This is done by adjusting the de-emphasis parameters, low-pass digital filters, and DSD filter. These parameters can be adjusted in real-time during playback, quickly and intuitively, thanks to the dedicated menu and the TFT display.
The 2.8″ TFT display allows you to easily view all available functions and manage them via the SKC (Single Knob Control) knob on the front panel, the Gold Note remote control, or the dedicated GN Control App. The GN Control app displays information about the track being played, such as format and resolution, on a smartphone or tablet. The user experience is highly intuitive, thanks to a cutting-edge interface and the ability to perform firmware updates directly from the internet.
