The Chord Electronics 2go is a high-performance streamer and music server module meticulously designed to physically dock with the Chord Hugo 2 DAC. By seamlessly locking into the Hugo 2, the 2go transforms the transportable DAC into a fully featured Wi-Fi and Ethernet-enabled network music player without the need for external cables.
A standout feature of the 2go is its dual MicroSD card slots (supporting up to 4TB of solid-state storage), which allows the device to function as a massive, high-capacity standalone Digital Audio Player (DAP) and audiophile server. It offers comprehensive connectivity, including Gigabit Ethernet, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Apple AirPlay. The 2go is fully Roon Ready and supports DLNA and MPD protocols, delivering bit-perfect audio playback up to 768kHz PCM and DSD256.
Housed in Chord’s signature CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminum chassis, it features its own internal battery to preserve the Hugo 2’s power.
